  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
For Teamcity to support our Process in the best way - it would be cool if it can do a CVS Tag/Label whenever we Pin a Build

Danial,

I assume you are aware that you can create CVS label from Changes page of a build?

Do you want to just merge two actions (pin+create label) into one dialog?

that would be ok. or the ability to run a buildscript once i tag.
