TW-1309 Allow projects/configurations to be hidden from guest users.

Please add a checkbox either to the project configuration or the build configuration to enable the administrator to decide whether a guest use will be allowed to see the project/configuration.

One situation where this might be useful is that I may want ot build both confidential projects for clients and open source projects using TeamCity. I would only want guest users to be able to access the open source projects.

In the next EAP it will be possible to configure guest user roles for different projects.
