RSRP-95046 Life templates takes 1,5 seconds to get to next hot spot after enter (I changed nothing in previous!)

Issue is visible to: All Users

1. Open VBTypeInferenceEngine.cs
2. Remove method 'ImplicitInferenceVB8'
3. Create it from usage
4. Try to use enter for all hot spots to finish

There are some ideas why it is so and what we can do... Discussion wanted. :
