RSRP-65469 Multiple extensions in file templates

  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
Currently file templates only allow for a single extension to be set, e.g. "xml".

It would be useful to support multiple extentions, e.g. "hbm.xml" in file templates so that "Validate file name as identifier" and "Current file name without extension" still behave as expected.


(also, on a side note, JIRA thinks 3.1.584.3 is an invalid build number)
