RSRP-5144 Positioning cursor on #endregion doesn't popup the #region at top

Issue is visible to: All Users

I love the way positioning a cursor on a "}" will popup a window showing you the context (if it's off screen). And it will highlight the matching brace.

Suggestion: make the #endregion act the same way. Highlight the #region directive (bold?) and if it's off-screen, popup a window with the #region context.
