RSRP-4654 Code Reformat should keep folding intact

When i reformat code the folding state of the document should be kept intact (as far as possible). I know this is quite a tricky thing, but its really annoying that the #regions are all expanded after code format and i got to collapse them all again.

+1 from me. When I reformat the code, all the code blocks (imports, getter/setter blocks ....) unfolds. Only after the project is reopened, does the cold fold back again
