RSRP-2168 Highlight current error/warning on the gutter

When using F2 to go to next error/warning, or clicking on error gutter, I'd like to see current mark on gutter to be highlighted somehow. Or maybe just put small thin black mark to gutter, that displays current position within a file. It would be ideal to show VS bookmarks (Ctrl-K,K) on the gutter as well.

Will displaying a mark on the gutter corresponding to the caret position do what you want?
