RSRP-124766 Context action 'Move to a new file' should tread .xaml.cs files properly

Issue is visible to: All Users

When a second class is created in somefile.xaml.cs and this class is moved to its own file, the new file name will become class.xaml.cs instead of plain class.cs. This appears to be a tiny bug.
