RSRP-112906 Introduce Variable refactoring on strings doesn't respect naming settings for local variables

When 'lowerCamelCase' is set for local variables and 'Introduce Variable' is invoked for "CustomProperties" in

string s = "CustomProperties";

the name of the variable is 'customproperties' instead of expected 'customProperties'
