In Resharper->Options->C#->Blank lines

Currently no option to exclude a blank line before a type if the type is preceded by attributes, comments, etc and include a blank line after the type. Suggest type options be made similar to field options.

Also suggest extending blank line options for "using" groups. Blank line after using, etc. Currently no option to add a blank line after last using.
