May I suggest using very good bug-report form provided by Bugzilla at their site.

Verified in build 1549.
Realised with jetbrains-youtrack-defaultDescription.zip WorkFlow rule.

Probalby can be annoying for some users - he deletes text of description, but it appeares again in a second.
To solve it - select text and delete by pressing Space button, or start typing your own description.

Don't know how to test this feature, but would suggest pre-selecting all text in the description field so user could go ahead and type without selecting and deleting the template that she doesn't want (as described by Sergey).

Waiting eagerly to see it in action.

The template is useful for all users.

I've attached workflow with default issue description to "PhpStorm/WebStorm". It works for users not in jetbrains-team group only.

@alexey You can login on youtrack.jetbrains.net as test/test and try to create issue in 'Youtrack' project. Now any external user submits issue to Youtrack by this template.

As for me I'd like to make predefined text italic. Are you satisfied in this template?

I do not ever see the template under my login.

Anyway the template is already proved VERY useful - new reports are much more consistent.

Making template text italic may be helpful but is not very necessary for me.
