JT-6262 Associate version with build

It's very good to automatically set build to created version. It means that you can easily to understand which builds were EAP, which RCs & so on. When I see build #739 in exception it's quite hard to understand was that EAP, RC or Released build.

I just wanted to report the same.

Concrete sample: I just wanted to see what all has been fixed in the current nightly build of R# since the official 5.0 version:
Query

If just the "version" 5.0 would know that in fact it is "build" 5.0.1659.36 (which by the way does not exist here in YouTRACK) the query above would show something.

Probably, there should be ability to:
  • associate a released version with a specific build (and be able to jump from any fixed version occurrence to the build in TeamCity)
  • associate unreleased version with a build configuration (so that changes from that configuration are used to find links between build and an issue)
