I notice that in your type drop down list you have a type "Auto-reported Exception", do you have any plans to integrate some form of reporting system in i.e. read an inbox via e.g. POP3 and import the emails as tickets/responses?

I fully support this. I am looking at redmine over youtrack for this very reason. I wonder if there are any plans?

I too find this to be important. this is the main way we open items is by forwarding emails to jira and have it open a bug with attachesments.
