In the debug configuration windows ("Edit configuration settings" and "Run/Debug Configurations") I'd like a checkbox to begin debugging with the console tab showing instead of the debug tab – the attached screenshot shows the initial debugging state I'd prefer. Perhaps the debug tab could be activated when I hit a breakpoint, but when I start up a Tornado server, for example, its console output is useful to see at the beginning, whereas the debug tab is useless until I hit a breakpoint.
