Code folding in IDEA has cut down on a lot of clutter in my IDE, but there is still quite a bit of noise in XML files that could be reduced. The namespace declarations are about as important as import statements in Java code, and should probably be folded down in the same way. This is especially messy in Spring files where there may be 3 or 4 namespaces declared in a small xml file.
