1) Generate Schema from Instance Document (Tools | XML Actions | Generate XSD Schema from XML file)

2) Generate Instance Document from Schema (Tools | XML Actions | Generate XML document from XSD Schema)
webservices.GenerateInstanceDocumentFromSchema

Thank you, now the dialog boxes have Help buttons and the relevant topics appear upon pressing them.
