IDEA-46770 Breakpoint cannot be deleted in debugger

  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
Sporadicly a breakpoint cannot be deleted in the debugger. The user interface indicates that the breakpoint has been deleted (in the editor gutter) but the application continues to stop. The application must be restarted to clear this behaviour.

Environment: Mac OS-X 10.5.5, Java 1.5
