IDEA-44163 Outdated version being reported but should not be

Issue is visible to: All Users

We have a directory in CVS in which we did a CVS remove of all files (and committed), then moved a different set of files (with the same names) into that directory and committed the new files.

Since that point, we are seeing the "Outdated version" banner. It is reporting the more recent version is the dead revision.

Example:

1.5 - Most current (and file in workspace)
1.4 - Older version
1.3 - dead - This is the one that is listed in the Outdated version banner

Environment: Windows XP

I also see [partial] marker for that file.
maybe partial markers problem have the same cause
