IDEA-42916 New module in existent project / JPA facet / Import database schema: look up for existent database usages is eternal

Get existent project.
New module. JPA facet On. Ask to import database schema.
In IDS dialog select a data source.
See that "Looking up TABLE usages" message is hanging and progress bar is stopped at 0%.
