IDEA-30715 "Split into multiple declarations" / "Split into separate declarations" confusion

  The issue is visible to the selected user group only
If the "Multiple variables in one declaration" inspection is enabled, the quick-fix menu for an error highlighted by this inspection contains two items for performing the same action. One is the inspection quickfix ("Split into multiple declarations"), and another is an intention action ("Split into separate declarations").

The duplication should somehow be resolved.
