IDEA-30354 Adding content root which is parent of existing content roots should absorb the child roots

Issue is visible to: All Users

Currently IDEA shows me an error message about intersecting content roots. It is tedious for me to remove all of my content roots to add a parent folder as a content root. IDEA should ask to do this for me if I try to add it.
